This is a rather tough topic because there's some controversy surrounding whether it's necessary to use to determine progress or not. All too often, the number reflected on this dreaded machine haunts us and causes us to judge ourselves. BUT, what happens when we can take a step back and separate the judgement from the information it is providing?
